  6. TOPIK Public Domain is a series of disks set up by Robert Lang.  The
  7. programs which appear on the disks are those which are selected from Public
  8. Domain supplied by Megadisc Digital Publishing, and TOPIK is a PD outlet
  9. from MEGADISC.

  11. The name reflects the aim of me (Robert), in that the disks will be set up
  12. in TOPICS, and that the software on TOPIK disks will be the TOP-PICK of
  13. public domain.

  15. If you have any comments, criticisms, congratulations, or any of the like, I
  16. can be contacted through Tim Strachan, or at the address below, and I'm sure
  17. Tim would take any hints towards possible TOPIKs.

  19. Note that all TOPIK disks are Megadisc Theme Disks.

  21. All information appearing on TOPIK disks is believed to in the Public
  22. Domain, Shareware, or Freely Distributable as indicate.  If this turns
  23. out to be the contrary, contact Megadisc and the offending material will
  24. be removed with the appropriate apologies.  If you have software that you
  25. are releasing into the any of the above software areas, feel free to send it
  26. in so we can include it on a future TOPIK disk.
